Cosmiatry? WHAT IS IT? WHAT IS IT USED? Which makes it different?

Cosmiatry is a term that was used and applied for the first time, by Professor Voina, in the 9 th Congress of Dermatology in Stockholm in 1959. He was referring to Cosmiatra accompanying him, who was his assistant.
